I have rated this item poorly because of the sellers deception. The item is shipped as a quantity of 1 @ $7.11. They sell the item on there website for $1.75. When I requested to return the item because I had expected 12, they ask that I pay the shipping as well as a restocking fee. This would make it totally impractical to return for a refund against $7.11. They offered no other solution.I will be buying from another source.Faber Castell makes an excellent product. If you want this item, buy it from another seller.Excellent, love these as so easy to use & the leads don’t break - due to the leads being made of something else but it stops the irritation of them being broken inside the pencil which is good as I carry these around a lot
