You CAN start out with an entry level ESTIM power supply for 20 or 30 dollars perhaps, but trust me - once you get into it, you are going to wind up wanting the ZEUS 6 channel. Several major points make this a BUY:1) SIX separate 2.5mm outputs - this is the standard TENS size so if you have a standard TENS wire or accessory, it will fit.Each of the 6 can be independently controlled, turned on or off and set to any intensity you wish by turning its knob.2) AC adapter is included - NO ONE wants batteries to die on you as you are crossing the finish line3) The timer can be set to run up to 70 minutes - that is just over a full HOUR. Many lesser units limit you to 15 minutes, and restarting every 15 minutes is a royal buzz kill.4) ZEUS includes a full YEAR warranty which isn't mentioned in the listing or by the sellers but should be5) I also want to mention that many of the negative reviews here complain because, according to them, you go from tingling to pain too quickly in the upper range of each knob. This is actually a very common complaint amongst all ESTIM users, no matter the power source. There is a very FINE line between pleasure and pain, AND the conductivity of your skin can vary greatly from one small point to another, so, it is inevitable if you are going to play with ESTIM you will occasionally get a jolt, but it will not kill you and it will make you appreciate the pleasure point all the more. Remember John Cougar's song HURTS SO GOOD? ESTIM fits right in to that harmonic frame of mind.If you are new to ESTIM, buy this baby as your power source and you will NEVER feel slighted.Just remember 2 golden rules - keep all the electrodes below your waist level for safety, and do not TOUCH any of them with your hands while they are running - if you want to move one, turn it off first. You will get a nasty shock if you touch one while it is on, even if it feels like next to nothing where you have it attached to your skin.In terms of accessories, I HIGHLY recommend, for gentlemen, trying all the various sizes of anal electrodes, as these will come into direct contact with your prostate gland if you use them right. The conductive rubber cock loops are also SUPERB - one near the tip and one at the base for most unearthly results. Also, play around along the inner length of your thighs, there are some really interesting sensations to be had there, as well as the bottom of your feet, of all places:)The only downside I can see to this box is it is HIGHLY addictive, and I will more than likely wind up owing mine alimony.Took off ONE STAR because I find the variety of wave patterns lacking in diversity.This $30 TENS UNIT http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007TOJ948/ actually has far better and more diverse choices in wave patterns, but is tragically hobbled by its 15 minute limit.I was skeptical at first cause all the crappy reviews about this product from everyone saying that its a bad version of some other estim thing. I can't speak for other products but this does what it advertises. There are a few discrepancies that are worth noting however.first thing i noticed, the box and instruction manual both say that it includes 3 elastic bands, mine did not include these, it did include some kind of tape that works REALLY well on your skin, so I'm assuming that was included in place of the elastic bands. All in all, not a bad thing, I feel the tape is probably more useful than the elastic bands were.Second thing, what people are saying about how the power jumps in the last few sections of the power knob is very correct, make sure you move slow, although to be honest if you choose your intensity based on your arousal you'll be fine, just don't connect everything, stick the pads on yourself and set it to max and expect it to feel great, it'll probably startle you. slow and steady is king.third thing, this product is DUAL VOLTAGE. Pretty neat little thing, for 220 outlets you will need a 110 outlet adapter though.last thing, this includes a bunch of additional cables which i think are meant for all 6 channels, but they have clamps on them, which aren't compatible for the things you stick on yourself. I felt that was kind of a ripoff. you need the wires that have a rod tip, not mini clamps (unless you are into that.)I rated this product a 4 out of 5 because it does what it advertises, and well. could have been 5 stars if all the pieces matched / made sense.Awesome. Really awesome. I'm new to this. So I really didn't know what to expect. I had read some positive feedback and found myself curious. So, I ordered this and a few attachments. What an incredible experience. At a low setting, it simply feels like a vibration. Turn it up a little more and watch out. This gizmo is my newest and bestest little buddy. I had no idea that electrons could feel so good. This is also fun for couples, as I soon found out when Sweet Baby came over. I really can't recommend this enough. It was a good and wise purchase. If I could, I'd give this ten stars. Oh yea, this new toy is not only awesome. It's awesome beyond anything I imagined it could be.The first one that came in the mail did'nt work perfectly, so I contacted the seller and they sen't me a new one within 2 day's. The other's say to be careful with the controal's, myself, once I get used to it I find that I'm turning it all the way up. I myself would like the unit to have a little more power to deliver and that's why I only gave it a 4 star rating, but don't think for a minut that I won't be using it every chance I get, it dose make me hard, jump and throb like a horny monkey... and I like it...The box is easy set up and use, but it goes from pleasant to painful with very little warning, and not always at the same point on the dial...... sometimes you can turn it all the way up and it is still not very strong, very unpredictable. Other than having been painfully shocked a few times it is as advertised.....Only 2 of the 6 potentiometers worked. Now 1 of them goes to full on as soon as you turn it on. will replace all 6 pots and add diodes to see if the diodes will help to prevent damage to the pots due to current feeding back into the pots. 09/27/2020 have replaced the pots. New pots working great. No jolts very smooth increase in current. Even full on does not produce a painful jolt. The pots are a major problem with these units. Only problem is I can not find the pots I purchased so I can not share which ones I used. I will continue looking And post a link when I can. Looks like you are not allowed to post a link here.
